This legal notice includes the general conditions governing access to and use of this website, hereinafter “the website”. Therefore, the reproduction, distribution, public communication and transformation of all or part of the contents of this website, for commercial purposes, in any medium and by any technical means, without the authorization of Aureum Living, S.L.U in its Terms and Conditions is expressly prohibited.

The brands, trade names or distinctive signs are the property of AureumLiving, S.L.U either by industrial or intellectual property, and it may not be understood that access to the Portal attributes any right over the aforementioned brands, trade names and/or distinctive signs.

All products and services on these pages that are NOT the property of AureumLiving, S.L.U are registered trademarks of their respective owners and are recognized as such by our company. They only appear on the website of Aureum Living, S.L.U for promotional purposes and for information gathering. These owners may request the modification or deletion of the information that belongs to them.

3. Conditions of use of the portal

3.1 General

The User undertakes to make correct use of the Portal in accordance with the Law and this Legal Notice. The User will be liable to Aureum Living, S.L.U or to third parties, for any damages that may be caused as a consequence of the breach of said obligation.

The use of the Portal for purposes harmful to the assets or interests of Aureum Living, S.L.U or of third parties or that in any other way overload, damage or disable the networks, servers and other computer equipment (hardware) or computer products and applications (software) of Aureum Living, S.L.U or of third parties is expressly prohibited.

3.2 Contents

The User undertakes to use the Contents in accordance with the Law and this Legal Notice, as well as with the other conditions, regulations and instructions that, where appropriate, may be applicable in accordance with the provisions of clause 1.

For merely illustrative purposes, the User in accordance with current legislation must refrain from:

– Reproducing, copying, distributing, making available, publicly communicating, transforming or modifying the Contents except in the cases authorized by law or expressly consented to by Aureum Living, S.L.U or by whoever holds the ownership of the exploitation rights, as the case may be.

– Reproducing or copying for private use the Contents that may be considered as Software or Database in accordance with current legislation on intellectual property, as well as its public communication or making it available to third parties when these acts necessarily imply the reproduction by the User or a third party.

3.3 Introduction of links to the Portal

The Internet user who wants to introduce links from their own web pages to the Portal must comply with the conditions detailed below, without ignorance of them avoiding the responsibilities derived from the Law:

4. Exclusion of liability

4.1 Of the Information

Aureum Living, S.L.U is not responsible for the decisions made based on the information provided in the Portal or for the damages caused to the User or third parties due to actions that are solely based on the information obtained in the Portal.

4.2 Of the quality of the service

Access to the Portal does not imply the obligation on the part of Aureum Living, S.L.U to control the absence of viruses, worms or any other harmful computer element.

It is the User’s responsibility, in any case, to have adequate tools for the detection and disinfection of harmful computer programs.

Aureum Living, S.L.U is not responsible for the damages caused to the computer equipment of Users or third parties during the provision of the Portal service.

4.3 Of the availability of the Service

Access to the Portal requires services and supplies from third parties, including transport through telecommunications networks whose reliability, quality, continuity and operation does not correspond to Aureum Living, S.L.U Therefore, the services provided through the Portal may be suspended, canceled or become inaccessible, either prior to or simultaneously with the provision of the Portal service.

Aureum Living, S.L.U is not responsible for damages of any kind caused to the User that are caused by failures or disconnections in the telecommunications networks that cause the suspension, cancellation or interruption of the Portal service during the provision of the same or previously.

4.4 Of the contents and services linked through the Portal

The access service to the Portal includes technical devices links, directories and even search instruments that allow the User to access other pages and Internet portals (hereinafter, ‘Linked Sites’). In the event that the User considers that there is a Linked Site with illegal or inappropriate content, they may notify Aureum Living, S.L.U in accordance with the procedure and the effects established in clause 6, without in any case this communication implying the obligation to remove the corresponding link.

In no case, the existence of Linked Sites should presuppose the existence of agreements with those responsible or owners of the same, nor the recommendation, promotion or identification of Aureum Living, S.L.U with the manifestations, contents or services provided.

Aureum Living, S.L.U does not know the contents and services of the Linked Sites and therefore is not responsible for the damages caused by the illegality, quality, outdatedness, unavailability, error and uselessness of the contents and/or services of the Linked Sites nor for any other damage that is not directly attributable to Aureum Living, S.L.U.

6. Communication of activities of an illicit and inappropriate nature
