Context
Located in the scenic Serranía de Ronda, the owners of this residence decided to undertake a comprehensive renovation to better adapt the space to their needs and lifestyle. Although the house possessed great potential, it didn’t yet feel like a true home. Through our redesign and decor project, every room was transformed to create a warm, natural atmosphere—perfectly aligned with their way of living.
II.
Biophilic design
The interior design proposal was rooted in biophilic principles, creating an environment that fosters well-being through a deep connection with nature. The residence features an open-plan living space on the first floor, oriented toward the breathtaking views of the Serranía de Ronda, allowing the landscape to be seamlessly integrated into the design. The selected color palette evokes the natural surroundings: earthy tones, olive greens, and terracottas, directly reflecting the chromatic essence of the exterior landscape.

Synthesis
The Ronda Project demonstrates how biophilic design transcends aesthetics to become a vital experience. By integrating nature into the dwelling, spaces come to life, becoming settings for calm and a sense of belonging. As the owner expressed upon seeing the completed renovation: “Now I truly feel that this is my home.” Because connecting with nature is, ultimately, always a return to the most essential place: our own inner home.
